So glad I made the chage to SMARTY
My brother's been a SMARTY customer for a couple of years and suggested I try them because I was frustrated with coverage I was getting from my previous carrier, but mainly the high cost for 1GB when I compared to the GBs I could get from SMARTY for the same price. I've been with them now for 6 months and I'm rarely without signal, even in deepest Cornwall. The customer service is good as far as I can see but I've never had to trouble them since I was ported over very efficiently, and I like the fact that I'm not constantly bombarded with marketing emails for services I don't want.

The only downfall with smarty is you can’t enter tv competitions using your credit off your phone

Signal is so poor, I really struggle, both at work and at home mainly use WiFi calling when connected to WiFi

Since joining Smarty
Since joining Smarty, I've never had a problem, always plenty of data and the coverage is top class really good value for money.

I am disappointed because more often than not I get 'Not registered on network and cannot contact the person i want to.

Honest
Honest, inexpensive and informative. The monthly plan works for me and gives lots of flexibility. The website is easy and simple to manage with lots of information. Smarty notify me each month to confirm my D/D has been activated and payment received. And (part from this email request), Smarty DONOT continually contact me by any social media channels, asking if I would like to upgrade my misery monthly payment for a superior plan. They just leave you alone. Yes, I would recommend Smarty. Like me, if two or more of you are thinking to change to Smarty, take out a group plan and get a further discount.
